Need updates

Utopia mode- how do you restart after the 20 stages? Need to be able rotate buildings. At some boards too many helicopters. Some buildings are too sensitive compared to the size tornado you must build before attacking a building. These updates plus those already listed would make it worth the $3. If not- I wouldnt buy another game from this developer.
